DEAD LINE 31 AGOSTO 2009
Apro questo topic che sara' da oggi la discussione in cui postare delle comunicazioni provvisorie in vista dell' inizio della stagione dinasty 2009.
PARTE 4.D DEAD LINE di WEEK1
Una delle comunicazioni fondamentali per l' intero andamento della Dinasty e' la Dead line i week 1 (il piu' possibile a ridosso dell' inizio della NFL e della nostra Regular Season).
In questa comunicazione ogni squadra dovra' dichiarare il roster completo con il quale iniziare una nuova stagione.
Ogni franchigia dovra' possedere 26 giocatori (con ruoli predefiniti), un totale anni di contratti non superiore a 47 e dovra' aver regolarizzato ogni giocatore draftato e dovrà avere massimo 4 giocatori in practice squad.
La data entro la quale ogni owner deve comunicare la sua situazione viene comunicata di anno in anno dallo staff in largo anticipo.
Chi, per qualunque motivo,entro questa data non sara' ancora a norma avra' al massimo 48 ore per regolarizzare la propria situazione, passate le quali sara' lo staff ad intervenire senza limitazione alcuna per il completamento del o dei rosters, riservandosi il diritto di poter procedere d' ufficio alla sostituzione immediata dell' owner inadempiente.
Per evitare tale sanzione si consiglia infatti di comunicare con largo anticipo la propria situazione definitiva, sapendo che si potranno modificare anche piu' volte le proprie indicazioni entro la Dead Line, data in cui le comunicazioni provvisorie rilasciate diventeranno definitive.
La data in cui tali comunicazioni diventeranno definitive sara' Lunedi 31 Agosto (inteso alla mezzanotte dell' 1 Settembre), limite entro il quale tutti gli owners dovranno regolamentarsi con i propri roster.
Questo topic serve quindi per cominciare a dare un volto definitivo alla propria squadra, potendolo modificare a piacimento sino al 31 Agosto momento in cui tutto dovra' essere in regola seconto quanto segue:
1) Composizione Roster di 26 giocatori secondo format

3 WR
2 TE
2 EXTRA (a scelta tra 1QB, 1RB, 1WR)
2 K
4 DL
4 LB
4 DB
2) Totale contratti (anni)
PARTE 3.D ANNI
Un giocatore può essere firmato da uno ad un massimo di tre anni. La somma degli anni di contratto in Regular Season di tutti e 26 i giocatori non deve superare 47 anni.
Si dovra comunicare la durata dei contratti non definitivi ( quelli scritti in rosso sul forum )
3) Situazione "Drafted players" e PS
Si dovra' comunicare per tutti i drafted players se e quali verranno:
- tagliati
- inseriti a roster
- inseriti in PS (con un max di 4 posto totali tra rookies 2008 e 2009)
