Apro questo topic che sarà da oggi la discussione in cui postare delle comunicazioni provvisorie in vista dell' inizio della stagione Dinasty 2021.
Consiglio a tutti di rileggervi le parti di regolamento inerenti a questo periodo di gioco:

PARTE 2.B CAMBI DI RUOLO

Abbiamo una dead line posizionata all'incirca due settimane prima del primo kickoff stagionale.
Il sito MFL aggiorna definitivamente i ruoli dei giocatori molto a ridosso di questo evento e quindi non c'è il tempo per avere informazioni definitive quando si dichiarano i propri roster ufficiali per l'inizio della stagione.
Inoltre nel periodo considerato c'è un congelamento integrale delle operazioni di roster dovuto al setup iniziale del campionato da parte dei commish. Può quindi accadere che in conseguenza di questi eventi il proprio roster durante questa ultima fase di aggiornamento possa risultare irregolare.

In questo particolare caso l'owner interessato ha due opzioni a disposizione:

Opzione A. Procedere come in un'asta normale, ovvero aprire l'asta per un sostituto e una volta vinta questa procedere al taglio del giocatore in eccesso. In questo caso al giocatore acquisito possono essere assegnati gli anni di contratto indipendentemente da quello tagliato, il cui contratto peserà comunque sul CAP della squadra.

Opzione B. Tagliare un giocatore in eccesso senza sopportare il costo del suo contratto (il contratto sarà risarcito) tramite un'acquisizione diretta (senza asta) del sostituto, che avrà però lo stipendio e gli anni del giocatore tagliato (la comunicazione va fatta nel topic COMUNICAZIONI UFFICIALI).  In caso di scelta di questa opzione va ricordato che:
1) Il giocatore che si va a tagliare a costo 0 può essere sia lo stesso al quale è stato cambiato ruolo o anche un giocatore pariruolo.
2)Se il giocatore tagliato è un rookie con OpR attiva, questa particolare caratteristica non sarà ovviamente trasferita al suo sostituto.

Fermo restando quello scritto sopra dal 2022 introduciamo questa nuova normativa :

Da ora in avanti la posizione DEFENSIVE LINEMAN verra così ristrutturata:
- DE 4-3 e OLB 3-4 vengono classificati come DE (EDGE)
- DE 3-4 e DT vengono classificati come DT

LB rimarranno solo i cosidetti "off-ball LB"

Il punteggio dei Sack per i DT viene portato a 2.5 punti e quello dei TFL a 1.25.

PARTE 3.F PUP LIST (Physically Unable to Perform).

E' possibile inserire un giocatore quando questo e' stato inserito anche nella realta'nella PUP list.
Gli inserimenti (dichiarati dall' owner nel topic dei tagli) vanno fatti durante il periodo che intercorre tra l' inizio della Dinasty Season (inizio congelamento ed aggiornamento totale) e la fine di week 1 (Lunedi MNF). Il giocatore inserito nella PUP list deve avere uno stipendio definitivo (DEF) e ovviamente risultare nello stesso status (PUP/list) anche nella NFL. (A questo proposito in caso di dubbi consultare il sito di Rotoworld : http://www.rotoworld.com/teams/injuries/nfl/all/  )
Quando un giocatore e' inserito nella PUP list resta congelato per almeno 6 settimane e non puo' essere schierato nella line up o scambiato; rimane in questo stato sino ad una nuova attivazione nel roster secondo i casi descritti in seguito.
L' owner ha diritto quindi all' acquisizione diretta (senza asta) ad un altro giocatore sostitutivo per ruolo che paghera' 0M, schierabile nella line up, ma non scambiabile in qualsiasi trade. Il taglio eventuale del giocatore preso a costo 0, riattiva in automatico quello inserito in PUP list.
Passate le 6 settimane (weeks) e per il restante periodo della Regular Season l' owner potra' decidere sulla base di tre casi differenti:
A) riattivare il giocatore dalla PUP list rilasciando il sostituto*
B) dichiarare il giocatore della PUP list come IR e rilasciare il sostituto* acquisendo tramite aste un nuovo giocatore (vedi regole IR)
C) rilasciare il giocatore inserito nella PUP list e tenersi il sostituto* che dal quel momento avra' lo stipendio (soldi e anni) uguali al giocatore rilasciato dalla PUP list. In questo ultimo caso se il giocatore rilasciato ha un (OpR) attiva questa non verra' ereditata dal sostituto.


*Inteso esclusivamente il giocatore preso a costo 0 con acquisizione diretta.

Qualora a week 12 al termine della Regular Season non vi sia comunicazione alcuna da parte dell' owner, il giocatore automaticamente verra' rilasciato dallo staff  come specificato nel caso A.

Invito tutti sin da ora a postare la propria situazione che resterà comunque modificabile sino al 3 settembre.

Possibilità di modifica che non è invece possibile per i movimenti postati nel topic "DURATA CONTRATTI, TAGLI, IR E Comunicazioni ufficiali allo Staff 2021" che invece verranno immediatamente aggiornati.

In piu' tale comunicazione varrà da Check Point di inizio stagione, garantendo la partecipazione al gioco, per chi dovesse mancarla sarà chiesta eventuale sostituzione ed eliminazione dal gioco.

In attesa di completare la formazione con gli ultimi 2 spots, ecco la mia deadline PROVVISORIA:

1) Confermo gli anni dei giocatori presi in FA, tranne Clark da 1 a 3 anni e Fuller da 1 a 3 anni.
2) Taglio dalla PS: Spence, Perine, Kelly.
3) Taglio dai drafted players: Dayo Odeyingbo DL - IND (R 4).
4) Sistemo il resto dei drafted players in PS insieme ai rimanenti giocatori acquisiti gli anni precedenti.
5) Taglio dal roster Greg Olsen con richiesta di risarcimento della somma di 1.5 M in quanto giocatore ritirato.

Con le ultime 2 aste, dovessero andare a buon fine, dovrei essere OK.
Mi riservo di aumentare gli anni di contratto dei giocatori attualmente in fase di asta.
