Il ragazzo conferma di essere un perfetto idiota , che spreco di talento !!!
Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has failed a court-ordered drug test, Kenton County prosecutors said today.
The failed drug test would be the third violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy. A third violation, per league rules, results in a one-year suspension.
Henry has already been suspended by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for the first eight games of the regular season in 2007. That was under Goodell's new personal conduct policy, which went into effect in April.
That suspension was the result of several off-field incidents, which included being arrested four times between December 2005 and June 2006.
It's not clear whether Goodell and the league would add 16 games to Henry's suspension, or whether they would suspend him for the rest of the 2007.
If Goodell adds a full season suspension to the current eight-game suspension, Henry would not see action until halfway through the 2008 season.
The drug test was part of Henry’s probation with the state of Florida, where Henry was convicted of a weapons charge in 2006.
