Manu Ginobili recently told an Argentinian website that he suffered a small fracture in his right humerus, the bone that runs from the elbow to the shoulder.
The injury occurred in the final game of the regular season, and makes Manu's playoff performance that much more impressive -- initially his injury was called a "sprained elbow." According to a rough translation from ProjectSpurs.com, Ginobili said that "The liquid has been absorbed and the small fracture in the humerus is welded at 85 percent. I have to be doing nothing for 3 weeks and then begin slowly." It sounds like he'll be fine for training camp.
