John Carney was signed as a kicking consultant today, Sean Payton said. Won't be allowed to kick for anyone else rest of yr.

Carney ha fatto la storia dei Saints.
L'anno scorso quando fu tagliato scrisse una lettera meravigliosa alla città.
Finalmente un gesto bellissimo di coach Payton. Carney così non viene estromesso dalla squadra nel momento migliore della sua storia...

in effetti tagliare suona (e lo è spesso) come una bocciatura, come una sorta di non sopravvivenza in un mondo di belve e vedere questi gesti di pura umanità è un esempio per tutti.. E Bravi!

i don't like the direction New Orleans is going. When coaches talk about peaking at the right time, losing to Tampa Bay is not what they have in mind. The Saints have been in a downward spiral the past month -- lucky to beat Washington in OT before holding off Atlanta and losing to Dallas and Tampa Bay. Over the past four games, they're 2-2 and have been outscored 97-93. Time to man-up, guys. "I've said this before," said Saints' coach Sean Payton, "in our league it's either crisis or carnival because the stuff in the middle doesn't sell. Now you hit adversity. We've got to get ready to play a team that's playing well, Carolina."
