In tanti anni che seguo il football non ho mai visto un wr saltare gli OTA o simili perché il QB non era stato rifirmato.
Cmq qs la dice lunga sul rispetto che i wr dei Jets (anche Marshall si era espresso in termini molto lusinghieri nei confronti di Fitz) hanno verso un QB che certamente non brilla per talento ma ha certamente il rispetto di tutta la squadra
The New York Post reports Eric Decker is skipping Jets OTAs "because he is upset the organization has yet to sign Ryan Fitzpatrick."
The Jets' inability to re-sign their quarterback has not only left the depth chart all but barren, it is alienating other players in the locker room. Decker is trying to "send a message," according to beat writer Brian Costello. Decker's absence from voluntary workouts is not violating any rules. Jets second-year GM Mike Maccagnan arrived in New York flush with salary cap space following the frugal John Idzik area. At present, Gang Green has just $3.154 million available, the third lowest amount in the league.
