The team officially announced the signing today, although the terms had been agreed to last week. For now, Frerotte will backup Tarvaris Jackson, but the Vikings figure to look for more help in the draft.

The Chiefs are willing to listen to trade offers for Jared Allen, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter and FoxSports.com. He is visiting Minnesota on Friday and is expected to visit Tampa next Friday.
Allen is one of the five most valuable defensive players in the NFL, so any trade for him would be a blockbuster. It's a curious move by the Chiefs, who placed the franchise tag on Allen. They can rebuild with draft picks, but they are admitting they can't afford to keep their top talent. Allen will likely require a huge contract, a first-round pick, and probably more for any interested suitors. Minnesota has a higher first round pick than Tampa and is likely the favorite. Look for a trade on or before draft day

I colpi migliori comunque arrivano tra gli undrafted, dove con grandissima sorpresa ci porticamo a casa Erin Henderson, OLB fratello minore di EJ, e la guardia offensiva da USC Drew Radovich, ottimo atleta....oltre a loro buone anche le acquisizioni di J Leman, LB, Husain Abdullah e Marcus Griffin, entrambe S...

...sul QB da mettere in competizione avrei grossi dubbi , per il resto non mi lamento, anche secondo me non si poteva fare di piu' dopo essersi svenati per Allen ( speriamo sara' dominante ) certo manca qualche sostituto nel ruolo, forse si doveva andare comunque su qualche DL, pero' anche nel ruolo di S eravamo molto scoperti soprattutto in chiave futura...speriamo bene.

Sirius NFL Radio reports that Vikings LT Bryant McKinnie will be suspended four games for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
Minnesota faces REs from Green Bay (Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila), Indianapolis (Dwight Freeney), Carolina (Julius Peppers), and Tennessee (Kyle Vanden Bosch) in the first four games, so Tarvaris Jackson will likely have a rough early ride with journeyman G Artis Hicks protecting his blind side. The Vikes should've done much more to prepare for McKinnie's loss this spring.

Nell'azione da 16 yards guadagnati portando palla sembrava un certo Vick, nell'azione dell'intercetto sembrava PROPRIO LUI...TARVARIO! Dr Jeckill e Mr. Hyde..Cmq ho visto nel complesso buone cose e un ottimo Adrian..Speriamo bene!
