ah ok.
beh come scritto precedentemente in altro post, se le intenzioni post superbowl dette da tom sono quelle di giocare altri 2-4  diventa dura x lui.

sul rumors andrei cauto,cmq per i patriots una scelta al primo giro in cambio sarebbe il top.Oppure una tradata con un altro giocatore in un ruolo dove ti serve.

LeGarrette sembra aver definitivamente deciso di firmare con i Pats per un'altro anno.

Meno male, sarebbe stato un peccato perderlo dopo la sua migliore stagione in NFL sia come yard corse che come TD. Sono sicuro che, nonostante i suoi 31 anni suonati, il nostro genio con la felpa saprà sfruttarlo al massimo anche per la prossima stagione

a me e' sempre piaciuto,certo non e' un top rb alla peterson ma per certi giochi e' unico.
secondo me ha paura che il felpa lo molla dopo il fumble del suppa

The Patriots want to keep Hightower but haven't had any talks since the end of the season. There's some concern over giving him a multi-year deal after durability concerns surfaced in 2016. Transition tagging would be cheaper than franchising Hightower but only guarantees New England the ability to match any offer. Hightower is reportedly targeting more than $10 million annually.


According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, it will be "hard" for the Patriots to re-sign impending free agent Martellus Bennett.
Per Rapsheet, the Patriots and Bennett have a "mutually respectful relationship," but that may not be enough to keep him in Foxboro. Bennett is in line for a big payday after leading New England with seven touchdown catches in 2016. ESPN's Mike Reiss previously reported the Patriots won't get in a bidding war for Bennett, which means he's likely headed elsewhere. With Rob Gronkowski coming off yet another surgery, the Pats are sure to address tight end in the draft.

Considerando anche tutto il talento dato via da Belichick con Jones e Collins.. Tenere Hightower è d'obbligo a mio parere.

Buona fortuna a Martellus, ma ricordiamoci che la vera star è il Gronko...
