Beh una seconda sì, decisamente. Ma tutto dipende, se vuoi anche solo sperare di fare un viaggio a Dallas per il back to back, lo tieni per poi perderlo gratis, se invece lavori per il futuro una seconda è oro colato.

Purtroppo non ho visto Hamilton in azione a sufficienza ma avevo letto anch'io che era un buon prospetto...

Passiamo a cose più piacevoli: domenica Brees ha sorpassato Aikman per numero totale di passaggi completati in carriera (ora è 14imo).
Aikman ha giocato 11 anni, Brees è alla sua nona stagione.

Kenny Wilkerson of WIST radio in New Orleans reports that Drew Brees has been playing with a fracture and a torn meniscus in his left knee.
Wilkerson is citing what he says is an "impeccable source," and that the information is "100 thousand-trillion-million percent" accurate. He also added that the pain sometimes causes Brees to make mistakes when calling or executing plays and that it's possible the quarterback could need microfracture surgery at some point. Brees injured the knee back in Week 3 and the Saints referred to it only as a sprain, but it sounds like they might be covering up a bigger issue.

E' un pò che se ne parla, ma non si riesce a capire come stanno davvero le cose.

In ogni caso Peter King, un quarto d'ora fa ha scritto:
"Have doubts about validity of Brees story. At practice 5 mins ago, knee-brace-less Brees kicked field goals."

Injury report Thursday 11/4

Sean Payton said RB Reggie Bush practiced for the first time today since fracturing his fibula in Week 2. He's listed as limited.
Payton said he expects both starting CBs Jabari Greer & Tracy Porter to play vs. Carolina on Sunday, barring unforseen setbacks.

Payton said Garrett Hartley returned to practice but RT Jon Stinchcomb missed his 2nd day of workouts. Zach Strief is working in his place.

Payton said the report on Brees' knee is "inaccurate.... completely false."

Running back Pierre Thomas remains on crutches to keep weight off of his sprained left ankle, but said he hopes to be using only a walking boot during the bye week.

"I feel pain all over my ankle," Thomas said. "They touch different spots and they say, 'You feel it there?' And I say, 'Yeah, I feel it there.' So I really messed it up. They say I really messed it up pretty bad."

Thomas said doctors have not mentioned the possibility of surgery and he does not want to consider that option at this point.

"I know if I have surgery, I'm done this season," Thomas said. "I'm not thinking that. I don't want that. I'm going to take that negativity and throw it away. I'm thinking positive and that I'm going to get back on the field."
